you can either upload a picture to www.photobucket.co.uk
or use a picture off facebook/myspace
1. Go to the picture you want to use
2. Right click the picture
3. Go up to properties
4. Copy this bit: "http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak........."
5. Click the image icon above this box (16th icon)
6. Paste the link you have just copied from the picture into the box and press ok
